Notice: By subscribing to, accessing and using this web site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below.

Purpose: FilmSavage LLC doing business as FilmSavage.com is a self-governing website established as a resource to the film and entertainment industry and for individuals seeking participation in those industries. News items of interest in these fields, such as casting call dates and locations, staffing needs in specialized areas, location searches, etc. will be available for general viewing. “Job Descriptions” for various positions are available to assist people searching for a nitch within the industry. Annual, monthly and Business Agent subscriptions are available to individuals who wish to offer personal/company information to supply or work within the industry.

Individualized passwords allow access to your individual profiles. The Log In ID and Password will be key to update or correct all profile information. The subscription fee allows unlimited opportunities to update profile and availability for employment.

FilmSavage.com does not serve as an agency representing individuals or resources although may serve to recommend subscribers to film and entertainment companies. FilmSavage.com in no way provides representation to any parties posting or viewing this site, unless contracted with one of FilmSavage.com’s Business Agents. Any business relationships or contracts entered into by parties as a result of posting on FilmSavage.com is the sole responsibility of the participants individual and associated parties . FilmSavage.com may provide, at Subscribers choice, additional services such as advertising, Business Agents, Services and setup fees as part of Subscription service. These additional services are purchased at the discretion of the Subscriber & may be cancelled at any time with the exception of one time fees.

FilmSavage.com will promote this internet resource to industry professionals. FilmSavage is a resource to the industry and will provide industry information and individual interest in the listing of subscribers and users.

FilmSavage.com reserves the right to refuse service without disclosure for any reason.

Site Usage: This site is designed for the express use of film industry professionals and those affiliated with the industry and subscribers.

Submissions: The subscriber is fully responsible for the final submissions, including photographs and text and subject to the terms of subscription for services with FilmSavage LLC. FilmSavage LLC is not liable for errors in any final posting caused by any of the following: graphics, photographs, damaged fonts, misspelling, grammar, punctuation or any other materials submitted as part of the posting on this website. Updates and revisions to individual sites are also the sole responsibility of the subscriber. In the event you request FilmSavage,com to upload your information, the Subscriber acknowledges they have been provided with a copy of these Terms & Conditions.

Subscriber Content: Content includes data; text, photographs, graphics, music, messages or other submitted materials are the sole responsibility of the contributor. FilmSavage LLC does not provide any design files. FilmSavage.com is not responsible for the content posted, sent, uploaded or transmited via this service. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet you hereby agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Creative personal sites within this service must not include pornography, indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile material; use in any criminal activity or to violate any laws of the United States of America or any State, Territory or American Indian Nation or Pueblo are unacceptable.

Subscriber artwork/designs and graphics must be submitted in web-based format. FilmSavage LLC is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from any color modes or for fuzzy, distorted or pixilated images provided by the subscriber. The subscriber is responsible for the final appearance of a color or the appearance of the posting.
 The services and products are not to be used to generate unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.

FilmSavage.com does not pre-screen content but retains the right (but not the obligation) within its sole discretion to remove any content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. FilmSavage.com reserves the right to delete any individual subscriber page for violation of content provisions or non-payment of the subscriber fees.

Term; Continuous Subscription; Billing. The initial term of a Subscriber shall commence on the date it is purchased and continue until one year from the last day of the calendar month in which the Subscriber was purchased. Each Subscriber will automatically be renewed (therein referred to as a "Renewal Subscriber ") each year for additional one-year periods commencing on the day after the anniversary of the last day of the calendar month in which the Subscriber was purchased (referred to as "Continuous Subscription ") unless (i) you elect a one-year Subscription by opting out of Continuous Subscription at enrollment; (ii) you pay for your Subscription with cash, check, debit card (requiring a PIN),; (iii) you notify us by email by going to www.filmsavage.com through the contact page of your decision to opt out of Continuous Subscription; (iv) your Subscription is cancelled or we terminate your Subscription.

Renewal Subscription fees will be billed annually and/or monthly (depending on the services selected) automatically to the credit card we currently have on file, in the amount of the then current Subscription fee on the first day of the month in which your current Subscription or Renewal Subscription term expires. When you subscribe to FilmSavage.com, the Renewal Subscription fee will be billed to the credit card used to subscribe with FilmSavage.com, or the credit card we currently have on file which you provided to us at either the time of subscribing or the time of renewal. If you subscribed online at www.filmsavage.com and Continuous Subscription is selected, the Renewal Subscription fee will be billed to the credit card that is active in your filmsavage.com account.

Subscribers are expected to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their Subscriptions for their profile(s). Such information includes name, address, email address, and telephone number. Subscribers can change account information by updating Subscriber profile data through the authenticated www.filmsavage.com account, FilmSavage.com LLC does not assume any liability for correspondence, mail or e-mail, that is lost, delayed, or misdirected.

Disclaimer. The material on our sites is provided as is. This means that FilmSavage.com disclaims all express and implied warranties about the material in the sites. This includes, but its not limited to, warranties that: (1) the material is of any particular level of quality or is fit for a particular purpose; (2) that the functional elements contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free; (3) that defects will be corrected; (4) that our sites, or the servers that make them available are free of computer viruses or other harmful components or conditions; or (5) that information contained in the sites is accurate as of any particular date.

Notwithstanding this right, users shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages. FilmSavage.com neither endorse nor are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on the message boards or other Interactive Features of the Site, whether it is provided by FilmSavage.com, our employees, or a third party. Under no circumstances will FilmSavage.com be liable for any loss or damage of any kind caused by reliance on information obtained through postings on the message boards or other Interactive Features of the Site. The Subscriber may need a username and password to use certain features of the Site. The Subscriber will notify FilmSavage.com immediately of any unauthorized use of the Subscribers password or account or any other breach of security. FilmSavage.com assume no liability for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use of the Subscriber’s password or account by a third party.

It is strictly prohibited to redistribute, copy or republish any of the material and software contained on the FilmSavage LLC website and/or its subsidiaries. Copyrighted material, property of parties from whom Film Savage has licensed such property may not be used except for the express uses outlined in the Site Uses Section of this document, i.e. for use within the film and related industries.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall FilmSavage LLC – DBA FilmSavage.com, or its licensors, suppliers/vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not FilmSavage LLC has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that are ordered from FilmSavage LLC or its affiliates. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. INDEMINITY: Subscribers and anyone using or viewing this website agrees to indemnify and defend FilmSavage LLC and all associated parties against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms & Conditions of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, music or other material you incorporated and submitted or viewed on the website or related products.

GOVERNING LAW: FilmSavage LLC is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and all transactions take place on Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this site shall be instituted in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Site Users hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of New Mexico courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION: FilmSavage LLC cancellation of an order prior to approval of these terms and submission of payment however, once the order has been placed successfully, no refunds shall be issued.

FilmSavage LLC reserves the right to change, modify or amend these terms and conditions without notice.
