Notice: By subscribing to, accessing and using this web site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below.

FilmSavage LLC doing business as FilmSavage.com is a self-governing website established as a resource to the film and entertainment industry and for individuals seeking participation in those industries.  News items of interest in these fields, such as casting call dates and locations, staffing needs in specialized areas, location searches, etc. will be available for general viewing.  “Job Descriptions” for various positions are available to assist people searching for their nitch within the industry.  Annual subscriptions are available to individuals who wish to offer personal information leading to casting, or background work, access availability regarding technical assistance/staffing, film and event locations, props and set dressing,

Individualized passwords allow access to your individual page(s) to update or correct information for hiring/contraction organizations to consider.  The annual subscription fee allows unlimited opportunities to update your experience and availability.

FilmSavage.com will not serve as an agency representing individuals or resources although may serve to recommend subscribers to film and entertainment companies.  FilmSavage.com in no way provides representation to any parties posting or viewing this site.  Any business relationships or contracts entered into as a result of posting on FilmSavage.com is the sole responsibility of the individual and associated parties and no agency or commission fee beyond the subscription fee will be charged by FilmSavage.com, with advertising on this site the only exception.

FilmSavage.com will promote this internet resource to industry professionals like producers, directors, casting and background casting, line producers, crew bosses, location managers, art directors etc. as a resource to the industry and to provide continuing interest in the listing of subscribers and users.

FilmSavage.com reserves the right to refuse service without disclosure of any reason.

Site Usage:
This site is designed for the express use of film industry professionals and those affiliated with the industry.

Submissions:

The subscriber is fully responsible for the final submissions, including photographs and text and subject to the terms of subscription for services with FilmSavage LLC. FilmSavage LLC is not liable for errors in any final posting caused by any of the following: graphics, photographs, damaged fonts, misspelling, grammar, punctuation or any other materials submitted as part of the posting on this website.  Updates and revisions to individual sites are also the sole responsibility of the subscriber.

Subscriber Content:

Content includes data; text, photographs, graphics, music, messages or other submitted materials are the sole responsibility of the contributor.  FilmSavage LLC does not provide any design files.  FilmSavage.com is not responsible for the content you post, send, upload or transmit via the service.  Recognizing the global nature of the Internet you agree to comply with all local rules.  You agree regarding online conduct and acceptable content.  Creative personal sites within this service must not include pornography or anything on an indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile nature; any threats to kidnap or injure any person or threat to damage any personal property or the reputation of another person; use in any criminal activity or to violate any laws of the United States of America or any State, Territory or American Indian Nation or Pueblo

Subscriber submitted artwork/designs and graphics must be provided in web-based format.  FilmSavage LLC is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from any color modes or for fuzzy, distorted or pixilated images provided by the subscriber.  The subscriber is responsible for the final appearance of a color or the appearance of the posting.
 
Products and services are provided for your personal use only.  The services and products are not to be used to generate unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.

FilmSavage.com does not pre-screen content but retains the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to remove any content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable.  FilmSavage.com reserves the right to delete any individual subscriber page for violation of content provisions or non-payment of the annual subscriber fees.

All materials and software are the sole property of FilmSavage LLC, doing business as FilmSavage.com.  All rights here to are reserved worldwide.  It is strictly prohibited to redistribute, copy or republish any of the material and software contained on the FilmSavage LLC website and/or its subsidiaries or the copyrighted property of parties from whom Film Savage has licensed such property except for the express uses outlined in the Site Uses Section of this document, i.e. for use within the film and related industries.

PASSWORD-PRIVACY PROTECTION

How and when is a password created?  An established password is for subscriber privacy and protection.  You are responsible for the safety and preservation of your password and are responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.  Your password should not be shared with others.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall FilmSavage LLC or its licensors, suppliers/vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not FilmSavge LLC has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from FilmSavage LLC or its affiliates.  This includes, without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service.  In no event shall FilmSavage LLC be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences rising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content. 

INDEMINITY:

Subscribers and anyone using or viewing this website agrees you shall indemnify and defend FilmSavage LLC and all associated parties against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms & Conditions of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, music or other material you incorporated and submitted or viewed on the website or related products.

GOVERNING LAW:

FilmSavage LLC is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and all transactions take place on FilmSavage LLC servers located 4421 McLeod NE Suite F, Albuquerque, NM  87109.  Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this site shall be instituted in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of New Mexico courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION:

FilmSavage LLC allows you cancel your order prior to your approval of these terms and submission of payment however, once the order has been placed successfully, no refunds shall be issued.
        
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

FilmSavage LLC reserves the right to change, modify or amend these terms and conditions without notice.
